If you create a shop account or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to fulfil that order. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence to respond to you.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic to the site — this does not identify you personally.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to a shop account and to remember your light/dark theme preference. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this stage.

Payments

Checkout is not live yet. When it is, online payments will be processed by eSewa or Khalti — we never see or store your card, wallet, or banking credentials; they're handled entirely by the payment provider.

Third parties

We don't sell your data. We share order details only with the courier fulfilling a delivery.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — contact us and we'll action it.

CricketCrease is under active development, so this policy will change as new features (accounts, checkout) go live. We'll update the date above whenever it does.
